Services / AI Workflow Integration
Less copying. More continuity.

Connect the work.
Keep things moving.

Turn disconnected tasks into a clear workflow. I map where information starts, what AI should help with, and where a person needs to stay in control.

A good fit for

For businesses moving information between conversations, forms, spreadsheets, and internal tools—and losing time along the way.

The scope we shape together

Practical details.
Thoughtfully connected.

01

Map the handoffs

Find the repeated steps and decide which connections will make a practical difference.

02

Connect your systems

Scope connections to available APIs, forms, or business tools after checking access and feasibility.

03

Keep approvals in place

Define validation, exception handling, and the decisions that need a human review.

04

Make it maintainable

Document the flow and agree how changes, failures, and ongoing support will be handled.

Related experience

Agent projects. Practical foundations.

These are delivered AI-agent projects, not standalone integration case studies. Specific connections are scoped for each new project.

Working directly with me

A clear process.
A close collaboration.

  1. Understand

Start with your business, your customers, and the problem worth solving.

  2. Build & review

Agree the scope, work through the details, and review the important decisions together.

  3. Test & launch

Check the agreed journeys, prepare the handover, and define support after launch.

A few useful answers.

Can you connect my existing software?

I review API availability, permissions, data requirements, and costs first. A connection is included only after its feasibility is confirmed.

Do all steps need AI?

No. Predictable rules often work better for simple tasks. AI is used where interpreting information or handling language adds value.

Is there a separate integration case study?

The portfolio currently shows delivered AI-agent projects as related experience. Standalone integration case studies will be added when their scope and supporting material are ready.
